This thigh workout is designed to slim the thighs through a combination of lower body exercises and cardio.

The toning portion of the workout helps strengthen your muscles for that toned look. While the cardio portion helps you burn excess fat to reveal your hard work!

But, personally, I think you should do this workout for your health and to look your best – not necessarily to get a thigh gap since getting a thigh gap is not realistic for most people. But that’s okay because beauty comes in all shapes and sizes 😃
