1000 Calorie HIIT Workout – Cardio, Weights and Abs At Home Workout!

Well, we are doing it this week, we are going to try and burn 1000 calories in one workout! In today’s video we are spending 75 minutes doing a combination of resistance training, hiit cardio and abdominals. Of course, everyone will have a different calorie burn. This is based on your level of intensity, but if you are working out for 75 minutes, you can bank on burning at least 750-1000 calories!

Feel free to do any one of the segments, or do all 3 with me and feel the burn! I’ll admit, this was hard! That cardio segment had me winded, but in a good way!

Warm Up – 3 minutes
