10 Minute Aerobic Step HIIT Workout…helping you burn fat, tone up your legs and getting fitter!

Remember to Warm Up Before doing any of the exercises.

Side to side – 30 seconds
Knee to Elbow – 20 seconds
Knee to Elbow- 20 seconds
Squat to Side- 20 Seconds
Step Ups – 30 Seconds

Then Have a 1 Minute Rest…REPEAT Twice more!
