Brutal Iron Gym – Full Body With Upper Body Focus for Fat Loss & Shaping (see description)

Looking for a fun upper body focused workout for fat loss and toning?

Here’s the fit & fabulous @jkneemj showing us how it’s done from last night’s workout at @brickhousegym

We started the workout with some Sled Work focused around the lower body to get a little extra focus on the booty and thighs
.
We did a Forward Sled Drag from the Hips, then Sled Bunny Hops, finishing with a low handle Sled Sprint
.
The different positions help to target different areas of the legs and hips allowing us to get more muscle involved as well as extend the active time of the circuit increasing it’s aerobic challenge
.
We then moved on to an upper back superset with Cable Face Pulls and One Arm Rows
.
These are a great pairing for building and shaping the upper back but not creating too much of a “wide back” look and instead focusing on bringing up detail and shape to the upper back muscles
.
Next, we moved to a superset of Cable Chest Flyes and Triceps Pressdowns
.
Again, this is a great pairing for increasing muscle detail without the fear of creating too thick or bulky of a look in the muscles
.
And finally we finished with a circuit of upper back / rear shoulders, chest / front shoulders / triceps, and Abs
.
In total the workout took about an hour but that was with me sneaking in kisses and talking Jaynie’s ears off hahaha
.
There you go… a good full body workout with an upper body focus that can help you lose body fat and increase detail in the muscles without the fear of looking “bulky”
