Daily Workout #033: Sexy Abs + Obliques (246 Calories)

It’s Day #33 of the Daily Workout series! In this workout we’re going to be performing our Abs and Obliques routine – these are exercises that will help us get a flat and lean stomach. We’re starting off with some warm-up cardio as usual, and then we’re continuing with the actual workout.
