Day 8 Core Abs Strength Challenge – Bodyweight Calisthenics 30 Day Workout Series

Day 8 of my Bodyweight Calisthenics 30 Day Workout Series is Core Abs Strength day again. My favorite. 😉 Today we are doing Tabata style training. 20 seconds of an exercise then 10 seconds rest with 4 exercises and 3 total rounds. This should make you sweat and only takes 6 minutes if you watch your clock exactly.
