The routine:
– 10seconds hold
– 20knees to chest
– 20 roll ups
– 60 heel touches
– 20 or 30 roll ups
– 20 side to side
– 20 knees to chest
– 60 bycicle kicks
– 40 heel touches
– 20 leg raises
– plank hold variations 5 each side
– 30 second plank
– 15 second hold
– 20 knees to chest
– 20 leg raises
