great V-CUT Abs Workout

Finished my work out with some hanging leg raises. Very good exercise for hitting the lower bottom of your abs and giving you that V-Shape you guys always asking for. Tip for this exercise is to slowly focus on control and contracting your core muscles at the top of the movement! Comment below and let me know how this work for you
