1. ROLL DOWN INTO CRUNCH AND PUSH UP – BACK INTO FRONT SQUAT JUMP
2. 3 REPS HIGH MC + LUNGE HOPS 3 REPS
3. KNEE UP INTO PLYO PUSHUP AND KNEELING JUMP SQUAT
4. SIDE AND BACK LUNGE FRONT KICKS
5. 2 REPS KNEE UNDERS INTO PLANK FROGGER
6. BEAR JACKS 10 REPS + 4 BEARWALK STEPS BACK AND FRONT
7. CRUNCH WITH LEG LIFT SIT UP
8. SINGLE ARM JUMP OVERS
9. SKI JUMPS WITH TAKE OFF
10. 3 REPS TRICEPS PUSHUPS + LOW PLANK JUMP ASIDE AND T-STAND

    Už se těším! Bear jacks jsou moje oblíbený. Není nad bodyweight cvičení. Přijde mi, že na moji postavu to třeba funguje mnohem líp než když jsem chodila do posilky zvedat těžký váhy.
