Moderate HIIT Conditioning Workout to Lose Weight, Be Fit

Ready for a good Hiit workout for fat loss. Maybe you just want to get fit. This exercise routine is geared towards getting you conditioned. This fast-paced action packed HIIT workout routine is good to do at home. You will burn fat fast with the following exercises:
Sprints
Jumping Jacks
Lateral Jumps
Squats

Sprinting will be done at different intensities, In the first round you will run at 80% speed. The second round you will sprint at 90% intensity. The final round of your HIIT workout, you will finish with 100% sprints, however you will not have to do one interval of sprinting.

Sprinting is an excellent way to lose weight and get fit. With this exercise we will be sprinting in one spot at 80%, 90% and 100% for each different round.

Jumping Jacks will be done as the first exercise, we will be doing this at a moderate intensity.

Lateral Jumps: With this exercise you will be pretending that a line is below your body, jump over that line from right to left and left to right. You will be jumping about 6 inches to 1 foot high as you move from one end to the other.

Squat Jumps: Squat and then jump as high as you can. This exercise will be a challenge as you get a few seconds in. Keep your intensity high and jump as high as you can.

Remember: Keep a bottle of water near you and stay hydrated. Do not strain yourself if you can’t keep up. Go at your own pace. It’ll be great if you could keep up!
