20 high knees
15 single elbow to knee crunches (EACH SIDE)
30 double knee to elbow crunches
20 hand to knee crunches (each side)

10 scissor kicks
10 hand twist

20 Russian twist
20 STEP UPS
20 STEP INS
30 SEC PLANK
20 PLANK HIP TOUCH (EACH SIDE)
10 SEC PLANK (EACH SIDE)

NOT EASY!!! but “IF IT BURNS IT WORKS!!”
