Quick fat loss [HOME WORKOUT]

This is what you can do when you only have 10 minutes free. I prefer this over traditional running, because the weather outside isnt always the best, besides you dont loose much muscle when working with weights.
20 reps overhead preses
20 reps barbell rows
20 reps squats

No rest, repeat 3-5 rounds, this killed me more than any other traditional cardios…
