Sweating Means Weight Loss NOT Fat Loss. Many times when we are trying to lose weight, we can get caught up on the number on the scale. The scale is a good gauge of overall progress but it is definitely not the end all be all when it comes to fitness. Sweating will instantly change your weight but it will not instantly change your bodyfat level. It is important to remember that we should want to lose weight in the form of fat, not necessarily in the form of water. Once properly hydrated the water weight will come back in a hurry anyway!
