Tabata style Abs workout

Build a six-pack of steel with this fun yet super effective abs workout.

Workout Instructions:
Try adding a round or two to the end of your workout or do it on Its own in tabata format – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest for a total of 3-4 rounds!
Rest 60-90 seconds between rounds.
