Vegan Dessert Recipe | Healthy Protein Flapjacks

Whip up a batch of these delicious dairy-free flapjacks for a healthy sweet treat!


-2 Scoops Pea Protein Isolate

-1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter

-1 tbsp Organic Maca Powder

-15g Coconpure Coconut Oil

-5 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

-Sugar-Free Syrup – Maple Flavour

-200ml Almond Milk

-30g Desiccated Coconut

-400g Rolled Oats

-40g Chopped Dates

-50g Chopped Cashews



1) Firstly, pre-heat oven to 160c. Then add rolled oats, dates, cashew nuts, chia seeds, maca powder – then a small amount of water, desiccated coconut, almond milk and pea protein.

2) Add peanut butter and maple syrup on top and and mix.

3) Add more milk/water to the mix if it is to dry.

4) Spoon mix into a greased baking tray and spread out evenly.

5) Top with maple syrup and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
(optional: turn to 180c last few minutes to make the flapjacks crispy!)

6) Slice into 12 pieces.
